It is our recommendation that your pets come to see us for a thorough health check every year.  Here we can keep an eye on your pet’s weight, check the ears, eyes, teeth, joints, skin, abdomen and heart for any signs of disease.

As part of a thorough assessment of your pet’s health needs we recommend regular vaccination. Vaccination is essential to protect your pet from unnecessary suffering due to potentially fatal diseases. Also, all boarding and grooming establishments insist on up-to-date vaccinations.

Dogs

• 6-8 weeks - C3 (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus)
• 10-12 weeks - C5 (C3/C4 + Intranasal/oral Parainfluenza virus and Bordatella = Kennel Cough)
• 14-16 weeks - C3
• Then C5 yearly.

Leptospirosis vaccinations are also available.

Cats

• 6-8 weeks - F3 (Herpesvirus, Calicivirus, Feline Enteritis Virus)
• 10-12 weeks - F3
• 14-16 weeks - F3
• Then F3 boosters yearly.

Feline Leukaemia Virus, Feline Immunodeficiency Virus and Chlamydia vaccinations are also available.
